Our most popular choice, the 10 Session package allows you to efficiently train and commit yourself to making the changes you towards the future, upgraded version of yourself. .

10 sessions is the minimal to qualify for a discounted session rate.

- Once a week commitments can be at £50 a session (£200 a month or £199 to make it look pretty.

- block bookings over 10 can be done for £50 per session.

Frequently asked questions.

Can I cancel a booking?

Yes, you can easily cancel any booked session. Simply contact us within 24 hours of the session start time and reschedule it within the next 7 days to not incur any cancellation fees.

Is there a use-by date for my purchased hours?

Yes, once you have booked your sessions we would require them to be completed within 90 days. Consistency is key for results, and we are committed to getting them.

Can I bring a friend for my session?

Yes, we are open to reoccurring group training sessions. Each member must have completed a Discovery Session, and have available hours in their account as all attendees will be charged full price for the session.

How many times would I need to train?

As many as you like. From our experience, the greatest results have been seen from people training with us at least twice a week across a 4-6 month period. That said, we don’t control your bank balance so ultimately, whatever you can afford. 

Can anyone train with the Movement Method?

Yes, we are happy to train with anyone regardless of their age, gender, or physical ability. If for any unexpected reasons we cannot help, we will commit to sending you in the right direction.

Is there parking, and is it free?

Our facility offers free parking for a limited number of spaces. If our designated spaces are in use, you can simply use the parking bays next to us if they are available. If no parking is available, then you can easily park at Lidl (2 minutes walk).

What should I wear for my training sessions?

As we are going to be moving, we would recommend general gym clothing such as shorts, t-shirts, vests, sports bras etc. We prefer to train without shoes as barefoot training allows us to help with body programme balance, timing and awareness. However if you wanted to wear trainers then we are happy for that also.
