Move better.
Play longer.
Helping you feel stronger, move better,
and stay pain-free for life.
Movement Method was founded on a simple belief - longevity shouldn’t come at the cost of performance. We combine biomechanics, movement science, and expert coaching to help hobby athletes overcome pain, restore mobility, and rediscover their confidence.
Born from experience.
Built for longevity.
We saw a growing problem, passionate hobby athletes hitting their 30s, 40s, and 50s, feeling their bodies hold them back.
Traditional gyms focused on pushing harder. Physio clinics treated pain, not performance. No one was helping people move better for the long term.
So we created Movement Method, a space where science meets sport, and where every session moves you closer to pain-free performance.

FAQs
Do you only work with specific sports?
Not at all. While we have dedicated programs for golf, running, cycling, and racquet sports, our method works for any active individual who wants to move better and feel stronger.
What is a Movement MOT?
Think of it like a performance check-up. We assess how your body moves, identify areas of stress or imbalance, and create a plan to improve mobility and reduce pain.
How many sessions will I need?
We see people train with us from once to four times a week, so it totally depends on your goals. Some see lasting results from a single MOT and follow-up plan, while others prefer ongoing coaching for long-term performance.
How much does training cost?
All clients begin with a Movement MOT (£100), which allows us to assess your needs and create a personalised training plan. Ongoing coaching starts from £200 per month, with flexible options available to suit your goals and schedule.
